At J$ Land and Livestock we feel you should be able to rope, ranch, hunt, shoot and race on every horse regardless of their main discipline. We don’t limit our training to the arena, horses at J$ are used around the ranch for day to day work such as irrigating, gathering cattle and fixing fences, they are even used to catch dinner on when we go fishing!  Every horse we have can run barrels, rope, ranch, irrigate and be packed on-the main goal is to get the job done. 

Weather you are looking for a tune up, colt starting, roping or barrel training at J$ we do it all!  We don’t preach a certain bit, we don’t try to fit all horses into a mold, we try to bring out each horse’s special skills and help them develop in their own way. 

Training starts at $750 for 30 days, including board.
